Furikake – Rice Seasoning

Furikake (振掛け, ふりかけ is a Japanese condiment usually sprinkled over rice, but can be added to many dishes. It typically consists of shredded nori with other dried item such as sesame or fish, and is usually fairly salty. There are a wide variety of flavors for everyone, below are some of my favorites:
